Consulting and building
Most of what gets sold as digital transformation is either far bigger than you need or does not survive contact with how you actually work. We will tell you which it is, including when the honest answer is to leave it alone and spend the money somewhere better.
When the answer is that something has to be built, we build it. Apps, websites, and small tools made properly, the kind of thing that would not otherwise get made.

What we've made
A field guide to forty real American cryptid legends, honestly sourced, including the ones that turn out to be documented hoaxes. Photograph where you are and the Institute develops the picture with something in it that was not there when you pressed the shutter.
Cetacean sightings in the Salish Sea, in real time. It watches the Acartia network and pushes an alert when orcas, humpbacks, greys, minke or porpoises are reported near you, filtered by the species you care about and how far you are willing to drive.
Whether the northern lights are worth going outside for tonight, where you actually are. It takes the planetary K-index from NOAA and weighs it against your cloud cover, your light pollution and the moon, then gives you one number instead of four dashboards.
When things will leaf out and bloom where you actually garden, west of the Cascades. Log what you see as you see it, with a photo, and the app keeps the record, so that after a few seasons it is your own garden it compares against rather than a national average.
